At Acacia, our goal is to ensure your beverages are delivered safely, quickly, and accurately. Please review our full shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most in-stock items ship 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Wholesale or custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be outlined during ordering.

2. Shipping Service
All orders ship using reliable U.S. carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Delivery times vary based on location but typically arrive within 1–5 business days.
Larger packages cannot always be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

3. Delivery Issues: Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders
Lost/Stolen: If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. Contact us at hello@acaciabeverage.com within 48 hours.
Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve it.
All orders are insured while in transit unless the customer declines. Uninsured orders are shipped at the customer’s own risk.

4. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Acacia is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If changes are needed after checkout but before shipping, contact us immediately. Once a package has been picked up by the carrier, re-routing fees may apply.

5. Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent by email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
