We want you to be completely satisfied with your Acacia beverages. Please review our refund policy below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item, or if a product is defective or damaged, contact us at hello@acaciabeverage.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns of opened items. The following are non-returnable:

Perishable goods such as beverages, coffee, tea, and concentrates

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order. If your return is approved for a sealed, eligible product, you can send it back to us, and we’ll process a refund once it’s received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at hello@acaciabeverage.com.
